What is the difference between overclocking the CPU and overclocking the FSB?

I am new at this overclocking stuff and need some help. What do you mean when you overclock the CPU and when you overclock the FSB? I thought that they were the same thing.

I just got the Athlon XP 1900+, and I am thinking of unlocking it. Some people tell me that I could just overclock the FSB, instead of unlocking the chip. Is this true?

I am just wondering if you could help me out with these things and enlighten me in this overclocking business.
