What is the difference between nForce 3 Ultra and nForce 3 250Gb?

What do you think of it 'over-all' - obviously considering price/performance ratio?
 
I believe that the ultra is for s939 and has a 1000HT bus, while the gb is for s745 and has a 800HT bus. Meaning 4x and 5x multipliers. i think thats the only real difference besides marketing and the sticker on the box... lol
