What is the difference between LCD and LCD Projector TV's?

I think LCD projector tv's were large screen that had a projector inside with the 3 colors tv uses that projected the image onto the screen instead of using a crt.
 
the quality of the two is vey hard to tell apart. whatever the technical differences, lcd projector tvs are
easily the better deal - for the most part.

this is assuming you are not someone who must have the latest and greatest in television technology.
if that is the case, then lcd projector technology appears to be on the way on out, in those terms,
whereas pure lcd televisions are seeing gradual improvements in resolution strength.
