I get tacos from a local dive, and they don't even speak English. Their food is absolutely fantastic though. I like real tacos; soft corn tortillas, a lot of meat (carne asada and chorizo mostly), onions, cilantro, and lime. No quierro mas por favor!

But I thought Tacos were an american invention, though I do agree that tacos made by a hole in the wall

Rubios, Baja Fresh, Chipotle, and countless other places puts Taco Hell to shame. There are many options for getting a taco or burrito, Taco Hell should never be one of them.

We have extremely few Mexican restaurants in the north east, and Taco Bell is our only chain style place, and even their locations are closing down.

Heh... that's funny, I live in Omaha, NE in what is (un)affectionately referred to as "Little Mexico." There's probably no less than 5 mexican eateries within a quarter mile of me. Could be more, especially if you count the bars.

We do have Pizza and Chinese place on every street corner where there isn't a Dunkin Donuts, usualy they form a little strip mall with all three and a Cumberland Farms.
