what is the difference between a Gellati and an Ice Cream?

idk, in italy they called it gellati, here it's ice cream! and ya...the "gellati" is WICKED pricey, they charged a buck for a tiny tiny one scoop...u had to buy the sugar cone seperately! :|

here, gelati = layer of ice cream then layer of water ice, then layer of ice cream, then layer of water ice.

Try it. Gelato is to ice cream as espresso/latte is to coffee. Same thing, just a whole lot better.
