im not trying to be stupid or cause trouble, but why was it banned? i know people say it a lot and it got out of hand, but why not just ban the people you see using it in a harmful way or whatever they are doing with it?

what if someone wants to really use it? like "i had a friend that was stabbed..."

<-- is being totally seriously, not sarcastic/stupid/ignorant

No he won't. The Mods deleted them. Heaven forbid the memebrs here have a meaningful conversation on something the mods do. Lock? Nah, we will deliete it. Why? Because we can.

Hiding from doing something wrong will not help. Get it out in the open. Apologize. Or just say, " We are the Mods! Shut up!". Deleting a thread like that is the coward way to go about it.

I've been out of the loop for awhile and dealing with things like a new engagement and a hard drive crash (not sure which is more troubling). I've been trying to search around for how this started and have yet to find anything. Anyone care to PM me and fill me in?

Viper GTS was the first. Several other members were there shortly thereafter.

Mods dont want this being discussed. Even if it is in a calm, rational, civil fashion.
