yeah, these figures seem a bit bloated. IMO average people are way too wasteful and just throw money around for stupid reasons.

That's in Brooklyn, NY but they need to redo the numbers cause the rents in Brooklyn are rising fast $1500 for a three bedroom, $1100 for a two bedroom $900 for a studio. 150 a week to rent a room. :Q
