no, he's bridget jones:)

eh, my diets not all that hot:)

i eat whatever for breakfast or skip it. pretty much try to garrantee myself coffee atleast, left overs if possible, or bagel/bread etc.

lunch i eat a sandwich or fast food, or cook something at home

dinner i eat at home.. so chinese cooked food. i eat a ton of veggies for some reason. guess they are low density to easy to really shovel down, plus i like the texture:) so i get a ton of fiber/daily ration of veggies at night atleast:p

sometimes i throw in a ramen for good measure hehe. man, i used to eat em without even cooking em sometimes. so so very bad for ya.

as for tuna, tuna rules!! but can't you get low sodium cans?

I eat a lot of chicken, and most of it tastes just like chicken....

I subscribe to the Ugly animal method of eating, if it's cute I don't eat it as a rule......A good example can be found <a target=new class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://

(this excludes women of course...)

Tuna is also rich in essential omega-3 fatty acids and protein. The sodium isn't a big deal. Buy the lower-sodium varieties if you wish, or just rinse the can with water and drain. Tuna is awesome and very, very good for you.

breakfast:
mulitgran cherrios, no-fat yogurt, fruit (i eat a big breakfast)

lunch:
vaires, usually a bagel with some meat and/or veggies on it

dinner:
meat (chicken or fish usually), salad, rice (sometimes i ahve pasta or whatever, i just eat reasonably)

for snacks i have these awesome low fat crunchy granola bars or fruit or sometimes i sneak oatmeal cookies or popcorn.

*kat. <-- fatty.

Apples, Rice, Chicken of various types, Bagels and Raw Carrots probably make up 70% of my diet.

Water makes up about 80% of what I drink. Milk 10%

not big on sugary things:soda, ice cream, candy, cake...

i'm a sucker for salty/greasy things:chips, sour cream and steak, gravy and rice, preztels.. mmmm gravy and rice.....

I don't have a 'routine', I eat when I'm hungry.

Things I eat:

Hot pockets
Red baron pizza pockets
Lipton Noodles & Sauce
Velveeta Shells & Cheese
Kraft Mac & Cheese
cheese danishes
Burger King breakfast stuff
Best Way Pizza
Budget Gourmet frozen stuffs

The healthiest diet you can find.

Breakfast: veggie mix (usually lettuce, carrot, and brocolli) + meat (usually chicken, beef, tuna, salmon) or egg omelet, a cup of tea.
Lunch: rarely, mostly fruits.
Dinner: rice/beans, veggie mix, meat.
Snack: Tortilla, fruit with yogurt.

EDIT: when I eat out, I eat whatever pleases the tastebud.

Sorry for not responding earlier.

On one of those news shows, Dateline, 60 minutes, or maybe even the nightly news; they said eating Tuna more than once a week isn't a great idea.

Their study concluded too many polutants are contained in Tuna, they are "dirty fish". I could be totally wrong, but I am pretty certain that is what I heard (about not eating so much tuna, not exactly the why not part).
