What is the cheapest PCI-Express vid. card?

I have a friend who just got her hands on a used desktop, but it has only 3 pci slots and 1 pci-express slot. She needs all the pci-slots for other things so the video card is gonna have to be pci-express. But I know that's generally for higher-end cards and she doesn't care about gaming at all, so what's a good basic pci-express card?

But the cheapest (I saw) would be the GeForce 6200LE ($30 at Newegg.com).
