i dont think a 12 year old would find it that funny. The humour relates to people who work in an office, and to people who have have jobs.

it has nothing to do with being sheltered. some of the stuff in that movie i wouldnt want my kids to hear either.

Don't let a 12 year old watch it. It is a great adult movie but a little kid has no business watching it.

That movie is very clean compared to the movies I saw at that age. I think I saw Robocop at 11 or so, just as an example. Movies don't hold sway with kids if they are mature enough to know that it's just a movie, which you mentioned that your 12 yr old is mature.
