What is the better cooling solution? Global Win FOP32-1 38cfm or Alpha Fc-Pal 38cfm?

They seem to be really similar...

Alpha is generally a *tiny* bit better.

I think Anandtech did a good cooler roundup a few months ago. 2cooltek.com has some too

An Alpha FC-PAL35 and a 38CFM Delta should be better than FOP32-1 w/ 38CFM that's for sure.
