Hi all,

Just wondering what is the best and most comprehensive bodybuilding website in your opinion for bodybuilding exercises?

I know there are youtube videos but is there a site that breaks down the primary and secondary muscle groups being worked out with videos showing proper form as well?

Do you have any Apple mobile devices? Fitness Buddy has one of the most comprehensive apps I've seen, which includes over a thousand HD videos:

http://fitnessbuddyapp.com/

More info:

http://www.azumio.com/apps/fitness-buddy/

They are listed by category in the app:

1. Core
2. Lower body
3. Chest
4. Shoulders
5. Back
6. Arms
7. Cardio
8. Streches
9. Custom

Then by workout & sub-workout. For example, you can click on Core, then Barbell Crunch, then have the option for Decline Bench or Flat Bench under Barbell Crunch. Over 1,700 exercises in their database along with high-quality photos & animations. It's like a PhD book in training, but in an app with movies & gifs.

There's a ton of BB'ers I follow on youtube. They all do a pretty good job at breaking down form, showing different variations, etc. Too many names to list... Just type in body building and go from there. The guys with the most subs are usually very popular and good. However, don't watch videos from a dude like Kali Muscle (huge body builder), and take his stuff as gospel. He is not natty, and his form on most shit is absolutely horrible.

Was just going to post this.

You will never reach anywhere following youtube videos of bodybuilders :)

I know the post is old(er) but if anyone finds it helpful...
http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html

Animated GIFs of pretty much any exercise ever documented along with brief information on prep and execution.

This is a great website for more than the gifs and execution.

This site also lists the major muscles targeted, and which stabilizers and antagonist muscles each exercise works, along with different exercises that will hit the same muscles, using different methods (freeweight, bodyweight, barbells, dumbbells, pulleys, etc).

Great link.
