What is the best way to sleep?

Just crossed my mind. I guess it's to lay on your side with a pillow or something in between your legs. Sometimes I do that but I also like to lay on my back and just chill with my head a little turned cause that's really comfortable. What is the healthiest way I guess I'm asking.

What is that something? :Q

Forget where i heard this, but can always sleeping on your stomach cause back problems? Any truth to this?

You know, as much as there are "experts" out there who will tell you you HAVE to sleep one way, I'm thinking that whatever's comfortable for YOU is the best way to sleep. Why would sleep a certain way just because someone told you to? Hell, sleep hanging off the side of your bed if it's comfortable for you.

I agree. Even though sleeping in a certain position may be best for my body, if I'm not comfortable I'm gonna be wide awake during the entire night --- which defeats the purpose of sleep, no?

<< Drugs. Yeah, definitely the drugs. >>

depends on the drug

i mean if you're strung out on methamphetamines good luck trying to sleep for a day or three

<<lol the maturity level of these boards runs high, especially in this thread>>

What do you expect, this thread is redundant. You may *try* to sleep in the best position, but you probably wouldn't stay that way throughout the night. I'm pretty sure an average human doesn't sleep like a corpse the whole night- we move, squirm, twist, etc.

with my sweet T layin' beside me, one arm thrown across my chest, one leg thrown across my...well you get the picture and she's... the very best ever YUP!!!

with my boyfriend and having something pleasant on my mind and not having to worry about being up at certain time.

Study study... study... GPA GPA... F's D's, headaches, screaming parents, college application... oooh I have to be up by whatever... are the things on my mind in reality lately though as I go to sleep. On top of that I have to sleep alone.
