What is the best way to find construction workers?

I wonder if it's possible to solve for pi

X^2 + Y^2 = R^2

Y = sqr(R^2-X^2)

If you integrate y from x = zero to r, then that should give you the area of 1/4 circle.

So
Intergral from X=0 to R of (sqrt(R^2-X^2)) = 1/4PiR^2
So Pi is [4/R^2] * [intergral from X=0,R of (sqrt(R^2-X^2))]

Can that be solved?

Temp Worker places, those guys will fall over for a job.

Seriously though, just screen them for the drunks, I did it for a year, tons of people with construction exp who cannot find steady work.
