What is the best way to dispose of a PC?

All of these should be videotaped.

Drop it off a tall building.
Throw it out the back of a pickup at 60mph on a backroad.
Shoot it with a shotgun.
Throw a Maltof cocktail at is.
Throw it a someone you don't like.

ahh donated to "society." how touching

there are a lot of fun ways to dispose of a pc. in college, my favourite one was watching it being dropped from the 3rd floor of a building (making sure the coast was clear of course), and watching it explode. It was truly worth it. Do it for your pc. Save it from the landfill site. :brokenheart:

I find this to be the best option. It generally works like that for me as well. Note, the PC's are so old and useless I imagine they toss them later, but, as above--not my problem.

Here at work we donate them to the local schoolboard. They were P2 400's yet the IT guy was thrilled to get them.

Said it was an upgrade from teh P100's they had.

I was kinda surprised to hear this but then again the local schoolboard system is totally underbudgeted and IT is the last thing they have $ for.
