What is the best RGB setting for gaming in a LCD monitor?

I am trying to set the RGB settings for gaming with my Acer AL1922 LCD monitor.

There are 2 factory settings already: "Warm" and "Cool" and the third option is "User". So what is the best settings for gaming?

Any suggestions?

Whatever matches 6500K if you want to match NTSC standards. Otherwise whichever gives you the best color reproduction.
