What is the best ram?

The easy answer is Corsair CAS2 PC-133, HSDRAM PC-150 and Mushkin's "Rev2" PC-133. In no particular order. I think the latter still uses Mosel Vitalic chips. It may not. Naturally, this question is more complicated when you put a K7 rig in the picture.

Mushkin - I own a stick of the new 128 meg PC150 Ems Hsdram shiznit and it rules! Runs at Cas 232

I own 4 sticks of Mushkin High Performance Rev2 PC133, and imo its better than the PC150 HSDRAM. It runs fine at 160Mhz 2225 which is better than the HSDRAM can do. I may have gotten exceptionaly good sticks though since I specifically called and said what I needed.

Thats cas latency 2, the most important part, ras to cas 3, and precharge 2
