What is the best program for monitoring motherboard and cpu

Can you please suggest a good peace of software for monitoring my motherboard and cpu.

I have
ASUS A7V133
AMD Thunderbird 1333MHz

The "Asus Probe" program gives a 100% load on the CPU Making it run very hot(71C).

I second Motherboard Monitor (MBM). Using this tool together with Shutdown Now!, another small tool, you can make the PC automatically shut down if a fan fails, which saves you another fried CPU.
That's how I've got it configured.
