what is the best power supply for a XP 2000+?

I'm looking to upgrade my case power supply (300watts). I'm looking for a power supply that rates between 350-400 watts. Is there any power supply out there run quiet, cooler, and high quality? I'm reading about Enermax 350 watts (Manfact. claims it is noiseless) while PC Power & Cooling their 400watts silencer is at 24db but has only one fan. which one is better? or there are better ones besides the 2 I mention?

Enermax are definitely top-notch PSUs. You can't beat their power abilities and quality that are put into them. As far as sound levels go, I was told that the whisper series are indeed quiet. Some even have a knob on the back to adjust the RPMs to make less noise. I have never heard of any comments regarding PC Power & Cooling, so I can't help you there. I use Enermax in every system I make and have had no problems or complaints from anyone. Simply unbeatable PSUs.
