I'm gearing up for Valentine's day, and I want to surprise her with a boquet of flowers, but due to my schedule (school then either lacrosse or weightlifting or work) I can never get to a florist before they close.

I know if 1-800-flowers aka flowers.com; is there any place else?

Yes.. mucho grande idea...

florists are local... dump the real price x 3 or 4 on a business you know nothing about...

http://www.ftd.com

just goto yahoo.com, search for flower

do beware that since its Valentine Day, EVERYONE is order flowers to be delivered... my roomate did that last year, and one online flower company didn't deliver it on time... major suckage, but it was for Mother's Day, so its better coz Mother forgives and G/Fs don't.

a good place is any place with discounts. go to the coupon sites to get those. i think one store has $10 off of your order. flower.com? not flower(s).com they are two totally different stores.

I ordered some flowers for my aunt back in December when my uncle passed away from 1800flowers.com and they came pretty fast- however the ones i ordered weren't available for sat/sun delivery, so the earliest they could've shipped out was monday. It arrived on Tuesday, but they were the wrong color (yellow instead of white). My mom just called them and they sent another bouquet right away. I dunno about high volume times like Valentine's day though. Good luck though.
