And I'll only say LegionHardware needs to add a few mainboards and some better RAM to their testing suite

I'm suprised nobody has mentioned the SiS 648DX which is supposed to be released soon............That board has preliminary reviews which looked faster than anything which will be out at the time................the B/M's put it closest to dethroning even the new PC4200 RDRAM!

Not sure but for some stubborn reason I have my mind set in building a P4 2.26b system on that Via board...I feel a bit flaky about going with a Rambus route.


Then again I wont be making any purchases till mid august so who knows what will be out or better to purchase by then!

Go look at the first SiS648 review I found......................sounds like it will be available in your time frame and they will be feature rich and fast as hell the way it looks.......... Thread with Link is in GH..........
