What is the best motherboard for my specs?

Hey guys what's up, I'm new pretty much just to ask this

But I was curious what is the BEST motherboard out there no matter the price

This are my current specs

Operating System: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
CPU: AMD-FX 9370 4.7GHz 8Core
Ram: 2x8GB Crucial Ballistix DDR3-1866 Memory (16.0GB)
Motherboard: ASRock Extreme3 R2.0

Graphics Card (crossfire):
XFX HD7950 DualFan 3GB
XFX HD7950 DualFan 3GB

Hard Drives:
2x 128GB SSD (Raid0)
1x 1TB

Sound Card:
None, Motherboard surround sound good enough

OK...don't put more money into that socket.

However...
Assuming you are talking about upgrading, I'd say the answer to your Q is either an Asus Crosshair or Sabertooth.

If it's replacing b/c of mobo problems/failure, I'd either go with another asrock, either extreme3 or extreme4, either one of which is about half the price of those Asus boards with most of the performance.
