What is the best micro ATX solution?

I need the most performance using the least amount of space. Does anyone have an opinion on the micro ATX solution that has the best performance?

Would it be better to get:
1.) An Aopen MK7A http://english.aopen.com.tw/products/mb/mk7a.htm which has the 760 chipset, but is not overclockable or
2.) A KT133A micro ATX board like the Asus A7V133-M http://www.asus.com/products/Motherboard/socketa/a7v133-m/index.html and overclock it?

Any help would be appreciated.

PC Chips have a nice case and m'board which might be worth a look. They call it a BookPC.
