I like BFG Tech Asylum Cards, High Quality and no annoying games that you don't want. Otherwise, I'd probably go with either PNY or Asus.

My friend has the ASUS 5900 Ultra and he's happy for now. Don't knkkow about overclocking though.

I say Gainward. Overclockability through the roof. Asus and Chaintech are excellent as well though.
