What is the best free FTP program out ther?

I need to give my parents something to use, and I don't want to have to pay for it. I've always just used the FTP support from within Dreamweaver for all my FTP uploading needs but obviously I can't tell my parents to do that. I need a free, simple FTP program. I see many of them on download.com, but which ones are actually good?

SmartFTP is probably the best freeware FTP client. It isn't as good as FlashFXP or BulletProof, but it's free 🙂

Hardcore WS_FTP LE user over here. It's nice and simple. The interface kicks ass - very convenient and easy to use. You can probably get it at download.com. I believe LE is the only free version.
