What is the best file/folder synchronization program?

In your opinion?

I recently found Sync Now!, and I am very impressed so far, however their folder exclusion system sucks. You should be able to easily checkmark subfolders. This program is fast though, really fast.
 
I tried, imo the interface isn't good. I need to select certain files under the Users folder, and it takes forever to setup the filters.
