So many to choose from in over 30+ years of concerts, but if I had to choose one it would have to be The Rolling Stones "No Security" tour. Front row to the mini-stage, Mick, Keith, and Ronnie were no more than 6 inches from me. Was true bliss when they launched in to a superb version of "Midnight Rambler".

Other ones in the running : Pink Floyd's The Wall tour, Eric Clapton's "Nothing But the Blues" tour, SRV & Jeff Beck together, Roger Waters' "Pros & Cons of Hitchhiking" tour w/Clapton on lead guitar, Rush' 2112 tour, Todd Rundgren's Utopia (the RA tour), just about every Neil Young show (w/ or w/out Crazy Horse), Roger Waters' "In the Flesh", several World Series of rock shows at Cleveland Stadium (esp. PF's "Animals" tour) ...

Louddog9999 go see Tesla I saw them 4 or 5 times in the 80s and they rocked. I would have to say Tori Amos was my best show which is kinda strange because I grew up loving Heavy Metal.

Choralone, where did youn see them? I saw them in Lakeland Florida at the Lakeland Civic Center on Nov27,1993. Pat Smear was playing back up at the time.

Deicide,my friend used to play guitar for Canibal Corpse. Just during practices I think though.

I'm not a big concert goer (about 5) my favorite was DMB in Detroit (Palace of Auburn Hills) in Oct. '99. Also liked the BNL concert summer of 2000

Pink Floyd, The Division Bell Tour, Birmingham.

For concerts without the frills and just pure musicianship, I loved seeing Paul Simon in New Orleans Lakefront back in 1991 or so.

The Beach Boys used to tour with America...I saw that tour a couple of years in a row down in Biloxi, MS. It was a good combo of great music (America), followed by sheer fun.

XL: I was at both of these myself! The ticket stub to the Stones show is pink, Jovan was the tour sponsor. Iggy was in true form that night!

Janice Joplin. I was a baby though. They told me it was the best. Apparently I loved it despite all the blankets they put around my ears to filter the noise -ha
