What is the best book for Win2k Pro?

I'm looking for an intermediate kind of book.
mostly about Win2k setting, troubleshooting. not a book on how to work with Win2k.
any suggestion ?

Win2k Professional resource kit is nice.. 1800 page manual and 200 utlities on CD.

I second that book. Mark Minasi is awsome.

I think the Windows2000 Pro 70-210 Training kit, is a good book, and its not veyr long, nothing like 1800pages, the resource kit is good, but lengthy, ....
