What is the best benchmarking application?

I'm trying to see if which setting for cpu gives better performance for the computer. Duron @ 6.5x133=866 or 10x100=1000.

Any app, game you currently use in which you feel the performance is not sufficient.

It's a AMD Duron 950

For some reason it won't POST past 866Mhz with 133fsb and I tried everything I can think of. Even 1.825 volts. Still no luck.
