I finally have things together to build a new system.
I am looking for any advice on best socket A 266 MB.
I will be using an AMD 1.2 GHz 266 or 200 and would really like some advice on the MB.
The only one I know about is Asus A7M 266.
Thanks
Sorry - I put this the wrong catagory.

Take a good look at the ABIT Kt7A-Raid, still uses Sdramm and will FSB overclock up to 150 and still be stable....

Assuming you do not mean the DDRam boards
So far this is what I have seen and ranked starting with the best
Iwill KK266 R
MSI K7T Master Turbo
A7V133
KT7-A Raid
Epox 8KT3A+ (Ithink that's the #)

I am thinking of the IWILL seriously since 2 review sites gave it the best board to date.

The Epox is the BEST priced by far.

I'm running 900mhz at 1.75v. Prety nice for $124.99 + $0 shipping.

And its easily moded to go to 4.0volts so the one "drawback" is eliminated.

I would put Abit KT7A near the top if not at the top.

A lot of problems are from people not knowing how to set them up correctly.

The BIOS has a LOT of option to mess around with.
