You collected for 99 weeks? Not sure I'd call $23k per year awesome but yeah it's enough to get by on and fairly good considering you aren't working, but not really awesome.
 
Sorry I'm mixing up welfare and unemployment insurance here. I meant unemployment insurance in my OP but when I'm talking about welfare Wednesdays what I meant WELFARE. Welfare cheques are what people go out and waste on hookers and blow, not UE. And that's what I was asking about above.
