It is spelled Adderall. I believe it is more potent, as I think it is more based off of amphetamines like Dexedrine. But now that you got the right spelling you should be able to look it up on Erowid.

There is one difference. Anphetamines and methanphetamines don't exist, but amphetamines and methamphetamines do.

Ritalin and amphetamine do not produce quite the same effect for the most part. They are both central nervous system stimulants, but a CNS stimulant isn't a CNS stimulant isn't a CNS stimulant.

Provigil (modafinil), adrafinil, ephedrine, caffeine, heroin, LSD, and cocaine are all CNS stimulants, too, but have very different effects.

More "potent" in what sense?
