what is the 3pin power cable on power supply used for??

just bought a new power supply, and noticed one 3 pin power cable among the usual 20pin, molex, berg, 12v, and 6pin aux. is the 3 pin used for wake on lan and modem wake up?? this is just my guess.
 
ahh.. thanks. i guess my MB don't support it since i cant find it in my manual nor looking around my MB.
