what is that rank user thing?

when i get info for other users, as well as myself, sometimes i see "rank user." what is that and how would one rank a user?

If you have it enabled, like you do(I just gave you a 10 BTW), other members can rate you between 1 and 10. It doesn't mean to much because some members will give everyone a 1 just to be trouble makers and see how low your rating will go.

It's just a little feature that was added to the profile. If you like someone or they are helpfull you might give them a high rating and if someone flames you or is rude you can give them a low rating.
