Question What is "SVID" and how to Enable?

Doing some...browsing and checking out HWINFO's readings on power, I see the following:

I'm not an overclocker nor to I like to wander around "blindly" in the BIOS. I did a bit of looking in the BIOS and don't see anything mentioning SVID, but then again, I DID NOT venture into the "overclocker settings" in there. Where would I find it...and is it something I NEED to "enable"? OR, is it already enabled since it gives readings "featuring telemetry (SVID VR)."
The system has been stable since it was built. I don't want to mess that up...just looking for information.

Afaik it should be implemented by default. Basically, it's a standard way (3-wire connect serial protocol - Serial VID) for intel chips to communicate with the VRM controller, i.e. to send voltage or other requests and/or to receive telemetry data or alerts. Though, the controller can usually "speak other languages", such as i2c, pmbus, or even AMD's SVI2.
