In the song clint eastwood by the gorillaz they talk about sunshine in a bag. Now Im thinking that it is a drug of some sort but I dont know what it is and none of my friends do. So go ahead and give your sugestions.

the future....is coming on. Seriously, though, you sure thats a drug reference, could just be in a good mood or something....😉

<< Yeah Im sure its just he is happy, because we all no are happinest is stored in BAGS >>

You're being too literal. While it could refer to drugs or candy or whatever, it's just as plausible that he's saying he's in a good mood.

My dad always refers to canned, sliced peaches as sunshine in a can.
Maybe it's got something to do with food. I dunno.

so in the song maybe he has peaches in a bag. hehe, I guess it always could be something I guess this is just one of lifes little unknowns

Maybe Sunshine is the name of his ex-girlfriend....and he has her in a bag.

Possibilities.....

1) Sunshine is a thing (ie..a can of peaches, as the other guy said).
2) Sunshine is a drug or maybe Red Bull.
3) Sunshine is a person.
4) Sunshine refers to a mood.

Hmmm. I hate being at work.

<< Freaky, I know, but sunshine also refers to light from the Sun. :Q 😉 >>

But that light from the sun doesnt come out of bags. Maybe its a light bulb hehe😕

I dunno, I heard something about it on the radio a while ago. I can't remember what they said, but it didn't sound good! 😉

my guess is that this could be slang for somewthing. remember this song is not from the US. I forget where it is from, but I do remember hearing it months before it came out here, in russia. so maybe it means something to europeans.

Unfortunately most band members are very familiar with drugs.

Here's a little history lesson . . .

Once upon a time (in the 60s-early 70s) in a faraway fantasy land called California (particularly in the fabled Bay Area), there was created a particularly potent form of LSD called Orange Sunshine . . . large amounts could definitely be found bagged (unless it was in it's original liquid form). . . . it's potency became famous and also the subject of popular songs of that ancient age and this infamous drug also spread to all corners of then-known civilization albeit in diluted form . . .

The moral of the story, well there isn't one, but you can see one possible reference . . .

Oh, yeah . . . the moral "Just say NO".

😀

Well I think the orange sunshine soudns the closest so I think i will go with that one....thanks for the "help"
