What is something you can talk about on ATOT that you can't in the real world? and why?

I just realized the other day that I had no problems telling everyone on ATOT how many people I have been with in a thread a while back. This is normally something I NEVER do, even my best friends & GF of 1yr doesn't even know that info.

As for why I don't talk about it with my GF is because it would be weird, she's a virgin & very religious so that makes things even harder.


So what things do you discuss on ATOT that you wouldn't normally? and why?

Nothing although there are things I can talk about in the real world I can't talk about here, not secrets, but things you have to have a feel that people can take. Here I'm a pussycat.

I don't have problems talking about the large growth on my head. That or my overpowering stench. Or...maybe its because I don't really have anyone else to talk about them with.....

I wish you good luck with that relationship! She's a virgin and very religious (from which I gather she's likely to stay a virgin for a while), and you can't talk with her about stuff. It's not that religion is a bad thing, but when you describe someone as "very religious", it tends to mean that religion will most likely get in the way of everything else.

Usually you're only one of many thousand other members and you're basically in somewhat anonymous friendship that usually doesn't last long. When a new hot BBS starts, people gets hooked and it seems like its taking over their life(AT has only been around for a few years). It feels like a very improtant thing, but seldom result in long lasting meaningful friendship(sorry if I'm wrong). Been there done that. I've been hooked in various different forums and right now I'm hooked on ATOT>

There isn't anything that I talk about here that I can't talk about IRL. I'm a very open person. Actually, kind of like Moonbeam said....there can sometimes be more IRL that I can talk about, because you are with the person. Make sense? (To see their response, etc...)

Most guys can talk about how tough they are (bench 350lbs, 20" biceps, etc) and the damage that they are going to do to your body. In the "real world" they would get there a$$ handed to them!
