The classes really aren't going to help you as a resume filler unless you're applying for a Six Sigma position and you have the certification and possibly if you're applying for a position in a company that already has Six Sigma implemented. Other than that, you'd be wasting your time taking the classes if you don't plan to use that knowledge in your current position. If it were me, I wouldn't get involved in it if I wasn't forced to.
