what is a safe clock core and memory settings for a Radeon 9800 pro 128mb right now its at 378 for core and 337.50 for memory
 
stock is guranteed safe. any above(even 1 mhz is not safe as proved by the voiding of yuor warranty.) perosnally, i like to oc 10% and check for artifacts. if there are none, i check temps. if it's not too high, i keep it that way and run it .
