What is safe and what value is pushing perifs?
Should i use 1x or 2x agp sideband at high agp bus?

AGP speeds should remain below 41MHz or so.

AGP speeds of up to 88 or so are acceptable for most cards.

Many newer cards will run around/above 90MHz.

AGP1x can smooth out some but it won't help much.

Increasing IO Volage can help tho.

ideally, pci mhz should not exceed more than about 38mhz. cards like scsi cards are really sensitive to mhz variations and cause errors.
