What is SADS and SNDS and how do they kill cpus'?

Can anyone enlighten me on this, For some reason my p4 1.6a turned off twice today randomly. Its at 2400mhz (150x16) at 1.7v(actual undervolts to 1.64V).

could be heat; P4's have built-in thermal protection which cuts power to the cpu as soon as it begins to overheat. check your heatsink
