I have read it all over the boards and have no idea what it stands for...

my initial guess is quit fvcking trying...but that doesn't make send in certain situations...what does it really mean?

That didn't bother me. How is it that somebody who's been on the internet since 2001 (at the very least) never knew what QFT stood for?

It's a useful acronym. It's a concise way to say "NEF" and "I don't have a brain and can't think of anything intelligent to say on my own" both at the same time.
