What is probably the longest amount of time you have stayed at your computer for?

No getting up for anything, and I mean ANYTHING!!!

Back in high school I used to stay on my computer from i'd say 7:30 PM to about 4:00 AM without getting out of my seat for anything.... that's a good 8 1/2 hours :D
Counterstrike was REALLY addictive :p

A few hours at most... maybe 5 max. I get all fidgety and have to move around.

I work at a computer 9 hours a day, five days a week. But I get up and do other stuff too. But i have definitely had stretches of at least 5 hours w/o getting up. Not too often though.

I drink too damn much fluids to keep sitting for more than an hour or two.

As for a car though, I can easily last 6 hours behind a wheel before I need to pull over for a potty break. In fact, I usually outlast the gas tank. On long trips.

Being under the influence of certain drugs can cause you to lose track of time. When I was younger and into that (not anymore, screws with yer head too much), I was on play Unreal infiltration for 28 hours....

Only a few hours tops.. i like to drink coffee while im on the computer playing or working. Hence, drinking will cause me to need to ease my bladder every few hours. :)

Without leaving my seat for anything? Hmm... probably something like 3-4 hours. I'm careful not to strain my eyes too much and take breaks at (semi-)regular intervals.

Damn habbits :D

yeah... it's definately necessary to take breaks every once in awhile.

it's not good for your health.

just sitting in my chair all day long at work is killing my back.

47 hours. My friend bet me I couldn't beat XCom at one sitting, I won that bet. I pee'd for about a week when I finished.

Probably somewhere between 8 and 10 hours. I used to sit and mess around with stuff (light coding, html stuff, message boards, roleplay boards, mudds, etc....) I would grab a 2 litre and a bag of chips and Id be set :)

38 hours. Fridge on one side of me. Stack of DVDs on the other side. Blank CDRs in front of me. I decided that I wouldn't buy another DVD until I had finished watching all of the ones I hadn't opened yet. So I had a mini-marathon where I did nothing but watch DVDs, burn stuff from my hard drive and drink OJ.

Of course I could have gone longer, but drinking that much OJ I had to go to the bathroom. After that it was another 14 hours before I finished. I get formal training for long duty since I work 12 hour shifts at my job and I normally skip my lunch break so I can cut out early. ;)

12 hours. Back when I used to build pr0n sites, I had one a guy said he'd give me a $1000 bonus if I got it up by 5am. That included indexing 2000 images, graphics and navigation, and db work on the server remotely.

I was tempted to re-fill my super big gulp my wife brought me while I was working. I got the site up by 4:30, got the bonus, and decided even a thousand dollars wasn't enough for the pain my kidneys were in.

HURTS!

I drink a lot of water while at my computer so I don't think I have ever gone over 3 or 4 hours max.
