What is Pioneer Premier

what is the difference between pioneer CD headunits and the premier ones ? I am looking at models, DEH-740MP and DEH-7400MP what is the difference ? The premier has a higher MSRP, but I can't seem to find the difference.

The Premier line is their "advanced" line - comes with a 2 year warranty, high volt preouts (4v as opposed to 2v), and another EQ.
