Cooking dinner for my family. Something about the whole process fulfills me. My whole day could be shit but seeing everyone enjoying a home-cooked meal brings things into prospective.

*edited* I got perspective mixed up.

Being around and interacting with a dog. Doesn't even have to be my own.
I figure when I retire I'll volunteer or do something that involves being with dogs.

Another thing that makes me happy is humor just under the radar. But not too subtle to the point no one gets it. If you can find the line where some get it and some don't it's hilarious to see people's reaction.

Honorable mentions: Being on the tennis court on a sunny day, cooking a solid meal in my kitchen

Getting things done. It's quite a rewarding feeling having something completed.
Like today I got my lawn stuff done, leaves mulched and exhausted into neighbors yard..etc. Put some decor up in the house, changed the furnace filter, swapped out old toilet seat for a new one, put up a new glass shelf in the kitchen...yadda, yadda. Now it's all cleaned up, ready for winter and presentable for the holiday visitors.
All that's left is to buy thanks giving food items, clean out the oven and microwave and some odd and ends stuff.
