What is my computter doing!?!? *HELP*

Ok I force closed every program running in windows ME and take a look at this pic of my cpu processing when it is doing NOTHING! Please someone help me figure this out!

I found out it doesn't do this in Win2k, the reason I'm mad that it does this is because it slows my games down like every 2 seconds and I get a hour glass for a crosshair or pointer. It does this ALL the time... and it is not stirring the hardrives. What is wrong with my system?? I'm getting so pissed cuz this is my first time going to an AMD system and I'm having all these weird problems. I'm sick of this. I might go to intel if problems persist.

Are you sure you killed everything? Does it do this if you boot to safe mode?

Well we can't have you going to *ntel young man. Try an FTP search for a util called WPS.EXE. That might give you some insight.

Maybe you have a virus. My Duron doesn't do anything like that.

Nope I don't have a virus, as I just formated and haven't downloaded anything from any little websites other than download.com and manufacturers for drivers etc... Also I have NAV2k1 installed...
