System keeps rebooting...5v has dropped to 4.6v. Thinking this could be the cause.

You might try a better PSU. Before I modded my Enermax 431 watt I had low 5v rail problems that were killing the stability on my system, but my mobo pulls its CPU current directly from the 5v rail. :( (I was at about 4.6)

I'm getting low readings from my PSU also. Chieftec case (I guess it's the same as yours?) with 420W Turbolink PSU. I get around 4.8v on the +5v and 11.6-11.8 on the +12v. I'm thinking this is a little on the low side. Oh, my +3.3v is always near 3.1v...

Time for new PSU??

Yeppers, same one. I never ran at 5 on my 5v..always like at 4.8v, but 4.6v-4.5v..well, I know that has got to be a problem.
