Yeah, I think I heard something about that. They're going to expand into the old Met Stadium area or something?

<< edmonton mall has a swimming pool i think. >>

From what I saw on the Discovery Channel, it has a whole water park with slides and a huge wave pool. It also has a manmade lake where you can take submarine rides. Sometimes the subs come off their tracks, and they have several emergency scuba personnel patrolling the mall ready to take a dive at any moment. Apparently, they just stroll the mall with all the shoppers with all their scuba gear on, waiting for a call.

well theres 2 things to consider
West Edmonton Mall is about 5 miles from me. it's like 20 city blocks and it contains and entire indoor immusement park and indoor pool and water slides with tons of stores and over 100 entrances (it's a bitch to walk across) but this mall is only 2 floors of shopping area and probably close to 10 stories in the amusement park and water park and there is a driving rang on the roof somewhere (no idea how to get up there)

the Mall of America is aparently like 5 floors all over from what i hear, never seen it in person or on TV but that is what i heard

I think the Mall of America is only 3 stories. At least it was from what I remember. It's been 3 years though.

mall of america has 3 stories, and one more that is all bars. it too has an amusement park with a roller coaster and the whole nine. the extention for the mall of america is going to double its size and will cover the area where the old met center used to be. it will then contain hotels and the like. the mall isnt all that great i dont think. the prices are somewhat higher than most other places and the damn tourists are a pain. but, i dont live in minnesota anymore so i dont have to deal with it. parking sucks too, although there is more than enough of it, you just have to wait forever to get in and out. i would rather go to a small mall and get the stuff i want for a cheaper rate, the only reason i ever went to the MOA is to go to the bars once in a while and to check out some chicas. but then again, i hate shopping.

I live in washington state

his mom lives in one of those expensive apartment buildings right near the mall
you know where the future shop is right near the mall? if you are sitting looking straight on at the future shop, go to the right and there is an apartment building there, thats the one. never been in it though, I stayed in the quality inn down the street.
probably goin up to the area again sometime this month
today (the 12th) is my 19th birthday! and since the legal drinking age is 21 in washington state.... goin up to vancouver with friends :)
