I agree, its unfortunate that this biker got cut off, sure, it is, but I just dont like bikes on roads. If you have a problem with that opinion, fine, but its my opinion. I live in the busy suburbs of DC, bikes are the last thing I need on the road with me. If bikes need a lane, then they need to actually have that bike lane for bikers on a lot more roads. So I guess i blame Department of transportation/government for not giving lanes for bikes on more roads. Either way, this doesn't change my opinion that bikes should not be in the same lane as cars. There are too many hazards for both (drivers and bikers).
