I agree with this statement too. I'm an Asian female who is only attracted to white guys that don't dig asian girls. Do you get it? In other words..I'm not into the whole guys who have that yellow fever thing going on..it just creeps me out.
Luckily though, I found a white guy who doesnt see me as asian...just as a cool person. In fact, he says I'm the whitest person he knows!

I never really had a particular preference to ethnicity growing up... so long as she was easy to talk with, and had a sharp wit, I was game...

I can't explain white guys' fascination with asian girls, but I can attempt to explain the other way around from asian girls' perspective, based on what info I've gathered. My wife (asian) and I always comment jokingly "there goes another asian girl lost to the white man" when we see a mixed couple like that 😉 so we've given this some thought.
Asian girls do it for a few reasons, either or inclusive...
1) They like to rebel against their strict parents - typically they make it well known they want them to marry a nice asian boy - not happenin', ma.
2) They see marrying white as a social step "up" - seeing that they (or the previous generation - their parents) just came to this country. This was a popular response from a survey administered by a college somewhere - wish I had a link. I :roll: at this one.
3) They don't find asian guys attractive (which would be fine - I don't find certain other races attractive and a previous ATOT poll showed this to be the case for many of you). Strange though... do people really not find their own races attractive ?
The way society is moving, mixed couples are no longer uncommon. My biggest problem with the above (asians w/ white guys) is the reasons behind it. As presented in 1 & 2... that's no fair reason to sell asian guys short and that's not uncommon either.

Frankly as an asian guy I used to only dig white chicks and have always dated white chicks. Until recently when I met the first asian girl I was ever attracted to. Pic1 And I guess you guys can see why. And I would definately not say that she looks like a prepubescent boy. Pic2 She is definately very voluptuous. Great big C cups.

Maybe I'm generalizing, but I tend to believe that if you grow up in a place where you're exposed to lots of different ethnicities, you learn to appreciate beauty as simply that - beauty. You don't need to attach the labels, i.e. pretty Asian girl, pretty Black girl, etc. A pretty girl is just that - a pretty girl. (This is an urban guy's POV of course). People who tend to grow up in more isolated places where they are only exposed to one kind of beauty/person, may not find that beauty in other ethnicities. OR they may be the opposite, in which they find the differences attractive and not the more "common" beauty that they have seen their entire lives.

My girlfriend is 1/2 asian and me dating her had nothing to do with her race in the first place. She says that when guys would go after her because of her asianness it was the biggest turnoff ever. She works retail and customers who hit on her often use it as a starting point:
"so... are you half asian? korean/chinese/japanese?"
At which point, Forget it. People have even said stuff like, "Well, it seems to be working out well for you." to which point she is thinking, WTF is wrong wiht you people.
She believes its a silly fad for white guys right now. I never though of it so much that way, and I never specifically went after asians, but when I told some of my friends about her before they had met her and I told them she was half asian they are all like "OMG you are so lucky!!!". Its not that big a deal. Hot girls are hot, regardless of their asianness.

ATOTers like video games, video games come from asia, asian girls come from asia, ATOTers like asian girls.

My guess is that is has to do with that fact that typically most ninjas are viewed as being asian. The fact that most of the stupid idiots in this world will never be able to become a ninja makes them feel like uppercutting themselves in the nuts. So they find an asian girl b/c it's the closest thing to a ninja they'll ever become to prevent themselves from comitting seppuku.
